Roles

What each role in the Duna Dashboard can see and do.

Every person in your organization has exactly one role, chosen by the Admin who invites them. The role decides which pages they see and which actions they can take. The roles below run from most to least access.

Admin	Everything below, plus the team and organization settings
Reviewer	Analysts who decide on Reviews and approve Sign-offs
Task Reviewer	Analysts who work through tasks and Follow-ups, but don’t take the final decision
Member	People who need to read Connections and Reviews without changing anything
Sales	People who invite businesses and follow their Onboarding, without seeing Reviews
Developer	People who manage API tokens and webhooks, without seeing Connections

Your team list may also show a Support Service Account. That’s Duna support’s access to your organization. Its role can’t be changed.
